Great race weekend for CDY Racing. We ran very fast in fact our fastest lap times ever and put the field 2 laps down. We noticed a slowdown between the heat 1 and heat 2 qualifiers and found that the rear axle had shifted to the right therefore dragging the brake rotor just a little bit. Once we got that resolved laptimes dropped from the 13.7 to 13.1 areas for our fastest laps ever at Trot. Since the unrestricted classes run 12.6 - 12.8 that's pretty impressive.

Off Season

Off Season Preperations

  The kart has been torn down to the bare bones for off season cleaning, prep and upgrades, We purchased a new Body going whith a Yellow and Black theme to match our trailer. The Kart number will be changed to #48 in honor of Chaytons favorite Nascar driver, Jimmie Johnson. Logos and new graphics for the kart and trailer will be in the works and we are actively seeking sponsorship for 2019.
